By renting a power bank from a ChargeGO SA kiosk, you agree to return it in working condition to any ChargeGO SA kiosk before leaving the venue, or within the rental period stated at the point of rental.
Rentals are paid via contactless card, Apple Pay or Google Pay at the kiosk. Extended rental periods, or loss/damage of a power bank, may incur additional charges as displayed at the kiosk.
Venue partnership terms, including installation, staffing and revenue arrangements, are set out in a separate partnership agreement signed between ChargeGO SA and the venue.
ChargeGO SA is not liable for damage to personal devices while charging, to the extent permitted by law. Power banks are provided in good working order at the time of rental.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ChargeGO SA services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
